KFC’s Corporate Offices on Hincks Street

Two people have been arrested in relation to the recent robbery at KFC's Corporate Offices in Bridgetown.

Personnel at the Major Crimes Unit of the Royal Barbados Police Force arrested and formally charged for the offence of Robbery:

Alvin George Chung, 36 years of Searles Plantation, Christ Church.

Noel Lionel Taylor, 42 years of Galloway Lane, Waterford, St Michael.

The charge is that on New Year's Eve, December 31, 2019, they robbed KFC’s Corporate Offices on Hincks Street, St Michael around 10.40 am.

According to a press release issued by the Royal Barbados Police Force (RBPF), the pair appeared at the District ‘A’ Magistrates’ Court on Wednesday, January 15, 2020, before Magistrate Douglas Frederick where they were not required to plead to the indictable offence of Robbery.

Both were remanded into custody to Her Majesty's Prison (HMP) Dodds, St Philip and are scheduled to reappear at the District ‘A’ Magistrates’ Court on Wednesday, February 12, 2020.
