Allegedly caught with cannabis, cyclist also faces 7 traffic charges

A bicyclist found himself before a court yesterday facing six traffic charges.
Fifty-five-year-old Ricardo Hilton Clarke of King Edward Road, Bank Hall, St Michael is accused of failing to comply with a no entry sign while riding a bicycle in Pine Hill, St Michael; driving with no lighted headlamp, driving with inefficient brakes, driving with no bell or warning device, driving with no reflectors and driving with no parochial number plate. The offences occurred on January 5, 2019.
However, the general worker was not required to plead as the matters were transferred to District 'A' Traffic Court for January 14, 2019.
Yarde is also accused of having seven grammes of cannabis in his possession.
There were no objections by the prosecution and Yarde was granted $1500 bail.
