PHOTOS: Ambulance rushes to accident in Graeme Hall

Emergency workers have responded to an accident at the Graeme Hall roundabout in Christ Church.

Around 10:00 am on this overcast, rainy, Whit Monday bank holiday morning, ambulance personnel and police are at the scene of an accident.

At least one person injured during the collision had to be taken for medical attention by ambulance.

At this time, Loop does not know the extent of injuries sustained. It appears as though three vehicles are involved.

Three nights ago, the Jaws of Life equipment had to be used by the Barbados Fire Service to free a driver from his vehicle after a two-vehicle smash up on Graeme Hall Road, a stone's throw away from today's scene.

Police are still actively conducting investigations into that accident which occurred about 7:50 pm on Friday, May 18, along Greame Hall Road in Christ Church.

Involved were a motor van owned by Sugar Cane Club Hotel and Spa located at Maynards, St. Peter, driven by Peter Thompson, 48, of Orange Cottage, Horse Hill, St. Joseph, and a car owned and driven by Herbert Millar, 62, of Garner Drive, Enterprise, Christ Church.
