Barbados Traffic Report - Add some distance to your driving relations

Here is a look at conditions on our roads and any major concerns for the morning.

Two accidents have been reported to police for the morning and are causing some challenges for motorists.

There is a rear-end collision in the Haggatt Hall area heading towards the JTC Ramsay Circle and another one on the ABC Highway from the direction of the Clyde Walcott Roundabout, heading towards the Norman Niles Roundabout.

Traffic is heavy across the island at this time.

Sergeant Seibert Johnson is urging motorists to be smart and keep a safe distance when driving.

"These rear-end collisions are occurring too often. Persons are driving too close to the vehicle ahead of them and then if the vehicle has to break suddenly then there is a problem."

He therefore urged motorists to be careful and to keep a safe distance away from the vehicle ahead.

Be careful on our roads whether walking, riding or driving!
