Barbados Traffic Report - Remember pedestrians on wet roads
Here is a look at conditions on our roads and any major concerns for the morning.
No accidents have been reported to police for the morning.
Traffic is building across the island - especially through Waterford Bottom, Jackson, Collymore Rock and Bishops Court Hill in St Michael, as well as Sargeants Village in Christ Church.
Sergeant Seibert Johnson urging drivers to be especially cautious on our roads, as it has been raining this morning:
"It was pouring rain in some areas and some of our roads are waterlogged. We are therefore asking you to take your time and don't splash pedestrians."
He also urged motorists to "make good use" of the parking facilities in Bridgetown, rather than parking illegally on the roads.
Be cautious and only park in facilities designed for that purpose.
Be careful on our roads!
