Barbados Weather Report - Another bright and sunny day on August 9.
With the countdown to the end of summer 2019 ticking away, it appears today, Friday, August 9, will be another sun-shiny day.
At least, that’s according to the Barbados Meteorological Service at Charnocks, Christ Church who says with central Atlantic high-pressure system being is the dominant feature today into tonight, expect it to be fair to partly cloudy and hazy throughout the day. These conditions will continue into the night, but the Met Office says to expect a few isolated showers later in the evening.
Today the winds will be blowing in from the East to East North East at between 20 to 35km/h, while the seas are expected to be slight to moderate in open water with swells between 1.0m and 2.0m.
The sun rose this morning over Barbados at 5:45 a.m. and it should set around 6:23 p.m.
The maximum temperature recorded yesterday morning was 30.2⁰C, while overnight it dropped to a low of 26.5⁰C overnight.
