Barbados Weather Report - Expect the rains to continue on October 18

As the tail end of a tropical wave continues to affect the island, it is expected to be partly cloudy to occasionally cloudy with occasional scattered showers and the slight chance of isolated thunderstorms.

That’s the word from officials at the Barbados Meteorological Service who say these weak unstable conditions will prevail into tonight across Barbados.

The winds are blowing from the East to the East South East and between 25 to 30 km/h while the seas are slight to moderate in open water with swells from 1.0m to 2.0m.

The maximum temperature recorded yesterday was 30.4⁰C and it dropped to a low of 26.9⁰C overnight.

Sunrise was at 5:49 am and it is expected that it will set around 5:38 pm.
