Barbados Weather Report - Fair condition will prevail on October 25
Friday is shaping up to be another warm day, according to forecasters at the Barbados Meteorological Service at Charnocks, Christ Church.
Overnight temperature dropped to 31.4⁰C while the maximum recorded yesterday was 25.2⁰C.
With the temperatures recorded around midday weres hovering around 30.7⁰C, the apparent temperature stands at 36⁰C despite an easterly 30km/h breeze. Additionally, the Met Office says to expect condition in the morning into the afternoon to be fair to partly cloudy with a few brief isolated showers.
Later this evening, into tonight it will be mostly fair and this is as a result of a weak surface to mid-level ridge which is the dominant feature affecting the island.
The winds are presently blowing in from the East North East to the East between 15 to 30 km/h, and this is expected to be the trend throughout the day.
Meantime, the seas will be slight in open waters with swells of 0.5 and 1.25m.
