Barbados Weather Report - Fair skies over Barbados on September 24

Officials at the Barbados Meteorological Service says as a weak surface to mid-level ridge pattern builds over the island, this morning, into the day will be fair to partly cloudy with a few isolated showers.

However, a few localized showers may also be likely mainly over some northwestern and northern districts during the afternoon.

Later today is expected to be fair to partly cloudy with a few brief isolated showers.

The winds are presently blowing in from the South-South East to East South East at between 15 to 30 km/h, but a shift South Easterly to East South Easterly is expected later in the evening.

Seas are slight to moderate in open water with swells from 1.0m to 1.5m. 

The sun rose over Barbados this morning at 5:48 am and it will set around 5:53 pm.

The maximum temperature recorded yesterday morning was 30.3⁰C and it dropped to a low of 24.1⁰C overnight.
