Barbados weather report - Gusting winds, rough seas persist, Jan 14

Here’s the weather report for Barbados, Tuesday, January 14, 2020. 

According to the Barbados Meteorological Services, weak unstable conditions will be affecting the island.

This morning is expected to be fair to occasionally cloudy and windy with brief scattered showers.

Tonight is expected to be partly cloudy to occasionally cloudy and windy with scattered showers.

Current air temperature: 25.7⁰C (7am) 

Apparent temperature:  

Winds are from the E - ENE at 30 to 55 km/h with higher gusts.

The sun rose at 6.25 am and will set at 5.50 pm this evening. 

Throughout yesterday, the temperature reached a high of 29⁰C during the morning and dropped to a minimum temperature of 22.5⁰C during the night.

Seabathers and seacraft operators can expect rough in open water with swells from 3.0m to 3.5m.
A High-Surf Advisory and a Small-Craft Warning will remain in effect for above normal sea swells.
