Barbados Weather Report - Met Office says expect a wet July 27 night

It is looking like it is going to be a wet night on Saturday July 27, as a tropical wave affects the island.

The Barbados Meteorological Service at Charnocks Christ Church says today should be fair to partly cloudy to cloudy and hazy with some occasional scattered showers and possible isolated thunderstorms.

In the evening, they expect to be generally cloudy with some scattered showers, periods of rain and possible isolated thunderstorms.

The winds today are blowing from the East North East to East at between 20 and 35 km/h and the seas are expected to be moderate in open water with swells of 1.5m to 2.0m, and small craft operators and sea bathers are asked to exercise some caution.

The sun rose over Barbados at 5:43 a.m. and it should set around 6:27 p.m.

The maximum temperature recorded yesterday morning was 31.3⁰C and it dropped to a low of 27.1⁰C overnight.
