Barbados Weather Report - Rain in forecast for October 4

A tropical wave affecting the island is expected to bring with it, fair to occasionally cloudy with a few scattered showers and a slight chance of isolated thunderstorms.

Forecasters at the Barbados Meteorological Service also say, as night approaches, it will be fair to occasionally cloudy and breezy at times with a few scattered showers and the slight chance of isolated thunderstorms mainly before midnight.

Winds are generally from the East South East between 10 to 25km/h, shifting later in the day to the East at between 15 to 35 km/h.  The seas will be slight to moderate in open water with swells from 0.5m to 1.5m.

The maximum temperature recorded yesterday morning was 31.6⁰C and it dropped to a low of 26.0⁰C overnight.
