Here’s the weather report for Barbados, Thursday, January 9, 2020. 

According to the Barbados Meteorological Services, the Atlantic high-pressure system is the dominant feature affecting the island.

This morning is expected to be fair to occasionally cloudy and windy with a few scattered showers.

Tonight is expected to be fair to partly cloudy and windy with a few isolated showers.

Winds are from  ENE - E at 30 to 45 km/h with higher gust.

The sun rose at 6.23 am and will set at 5.48 pm this evening. 

Throughout yesterday, the temperature reached a high of 30⁰C during the morning and dropped to a minimum temperature of 23.2⁰C during the night.

Seabathers and seacraft operators can expect a moderate to rough in open water with swells from 2.0m to 3.0m.
A small craft advisory will be in effect. Also, a high-surf advisory and small craft warning are in effect for deteriorating marine conditions from yesterday, Monday, to 6 pm today, January 9.
