According to the Barbados Meteorological Services, the Atlantic high-pressure system is the dominant feature affecting the island.

This morning is expected to be partly cloudy to occasionally cloudy and breezy with a few brief scattered showers.

Tonight is expected to be partly cloudy to occasionally and breezy with a few brief scattered showers at first becoming mostly fair after midnight.

Winds are generally from the East at 25 to 40 km/h.

The sun rose at 6:22 am and will set at 5:45 pm this evening.

Throughout today, the temperature is predicted to reach a high of 28⁰C during the morning and drop to a minimum temperature of 24⁰C tonight.

Seabathers and seacraft operators can expect moderate in open water with swells from 1.5m to 2.5m.
Small craft operators and sea bathers should exercise caution.
