A tropical wave is expected to bring rain today and cooling temperatures across the island.
Forecasters with the Barbados Meteorological Service say in the morning, it will be partly cloudy to cloudy, with some scattered showers and isolated thunderstorms.

The wind throughout the day will blow from the East South East to East at between 10 to 25 km/h with a shift in the evening from the East to the East South East.
Seas are slight to moderate in open water with swells of 1.0m to 2.0m.
