Barbados' Tourism team in the UK accept the 2019 Star award.
Barbados beat out five other contenders to secure the Travel Bulletin Star Award in the category - Star Winter Sun Destination.
This award was one of the six Star Destinations awards up for grabs on the night.
September saw some of the travel industry's finest come together for the glittering awards ceremony to honour the 2019 winners as voted for by Travel Bulletin's travel agent readers.

Barbados competed against Cyprus, Dubai, Gran Canaria, Tenerife and Tunisia for the prestigious Tourism award.
Barbados and Saint Lucia were the only Caribbean islands in contention for any of these awards. The two islands were also finalists in the Stars of Luxury segment vying for the Star Luxury Destination award. Mauritius won this category over Barbados, Mexico, Maldives, Saint Lucia and Seychelles
Tourism Minister Kerrie Symmonds was most pleased about Barbados' accomplishment on the night. He told Loop News these achievements are reasons why Barbados must continue to upgrade its tourism product and offerings to remain a competitive tourism destination.
There were 32 winners on the night receiving their accolades from comedian Jo Caulfield at the Landmark Hotel in London.
