Life should soon return to normal for students of the Blackman and Gollop Primary School.
The Ministry of Education, Science, Technology and Innovation advises parents and guardians, that the Blackman and Gollop Primary School, Staple Grove, Christ Church, will reopen on Tuesday, February 27.
The school was closed for most of last week because of an environmental problem in the area - specifically, cow itch.
The Ministry of Education disclosed that Ministry of Health officials carried out clean-up efforts in a nearby field where the problem is believed to have originated. In addition, custodial staff will conduct a general cleaning of the school building tomorrow, Monday, February 26, before classes resume as normal on Tuesday.
