Gone from Bridgetown is another familiar storefront - the Barbados Water Authority (BWA).

In a press release, the BWA has informed its valued customers that its Customer Service Centre at the Coles Building in Probyn Street, Bridgetown has been permanently closed to business.

Customers are advised they may conduct their business at the Authority’s Customer Service Centre at The Pine Commercial Estate, St. Michael. The operating hours are 8:30 am to 3:30 pm, Monday to Friday to make payments or reconnect services while queries may be made until 4:30 pm.

Customers are reminded that water bills can also be paid at:
All branches of the Republic Bank of Barbados;
All Post Offices;
The Barbados Public Workers Credit Union Ltd., Belmont Road or
Broad Street; and
All SUREPAY outlets

Bills can only be paid online via SUREPAY ONLINE - https://bb.surepaybillsonline.com or
via the BWA’s website www.barbadoswaterauthority.com

Royal Bank of Canada, the Bank of Nova Scotia and First Caribbean International Bank accept payments as well.

The BWA apologised for the inconvenience caused.
