Child to be reunited with a stuffed-animal accidentally left in Cayman

If you aren’t the mom of a young child you probably won’t get it…

A four-year-old Chicago boy is soon to be reunited with his beloved stuffed elephant after the toy was accidentally left behind at a resort in the Cayman Islands.

Four year-old Matthew is said to have had the stuffed elephant named ‘Lovie’ since he was born, however the toy got left behind at the Ritz Carlton hotel following a family vacation.

Thanks to social media Mathew and his comfort toy will soon be reunited, after Matthew’s mom posted a photo of the stuffed animal in a Facebook moms group.

Another Chicago area mom, also staying at the hotel, was in the group and has offered to take the stuffed animal back to the United States, where the toy will be reunited with its owner.
