Computer Misuse Act lands painter in court

A painter accused of using a computer to send an electronic threat to a female on Christmas Day; was granted bail yesterday.


Dillano Olive, 27, of Hindsbury Road, St Michael denied the charge in the District "A" Magistrates' Court.

The charge indicates that Olive - used a computer to send the threat: " on my son when I see you I going to kill you" to Danielle Bolden.

Olive was granted $2500 bail when he appeared before Magistrate Douglas Frederick. He returns to court on January 18, 2018.
