Curfew on! Accused must stay away from all 3 complainants

Marlon Markland Gordon is facing three counts of assault and more charges.

The 48-year-old of Mahogany Lane, Glen Acres, Farm Road, St. George appeared before Magistrate Weekes at the District 'D' Magistrates Court yesterday, Tuesday, July 24, 2018. 

He was charged with the following offences:

1. One (1) count of Trespassing

2. Three (3) counts of Assault

3. One (1) count of Criminal Damage

According to the police press release, he pleaded not guilty to all of the mentioned offences. His cases were adjourned for him to reappear in the same Court August 8, 2018, for those matters to be heard. 

He was granted Bail with certain conditions

1. He is restricted to stay at least one hundred yards (100) away from all three (3) complainants in these matters and their respective residences.

2. He is on an everyday curfew from 6:00 pm till 6:00 am.

3. He must surrender his Passport.

4. He must report for Bail three (3) times a week at the District 'B' Police Station.

Gordon is to appear in the said court today, Wednesday, July 25, 2018, to answer to a Protection Order that was applied for previously by the Crown.
