Digicel puts customers first with new Dome Mall store

A new level of comfort is being offered to customers visiting Digicel’s Dome Mall store.

The expanded space in the Warrens shopping centre has a new, sleek design, free WiFi, as well as sofas and booths where customers can explore the latest devices and enjoy Digicel Play TV on the mounted screens.

According to Digicel Play CEO, Charlie Clementson, “This store is all about welcoming our customers, so we can help them get what they need. This is not just a place to come in and pay a bill; it’s about coming here to learn more about what you can get from technology today.”

He was speaking at a ribbon-cutting ceremony last week to unveil the new store. He was joined by members of Digicel’s senior management team and other staff members.

Digicel unveils new Dome Mall outlet

Clementson noted that Digicel’s services have broadened immensely from what was offered when Digicel first launched in 2005. The telecommunications and entertainment provider now offers prepaid and postpaid, fibre to businesses and the home, broadband, television and home phone services, and business support technologies for large, small and medium-sized enterprises, as well as Government departments.

Noting that the store will be manned by 12 staff members, Clementson emphasised that the company has a responsibility to provide excellent support to its customers.

“It’s massively complex what we offer now and what we provide has become integral to people’s lives – whether it’s in their businesses, in their homes or out and about,” he noted.

Digicel’s Head of Commercial, Dionne Emtage, added that as part of the company’s ongoing commitment to customers, it has launched a suite of plans for prepaid clientele – Quick Pick Plans.

The plans give customers a combination of data, talk and text and allow the customer the flexibility of deciding how they want to use each service. The Quick Pick Plans also offer unlimited on-network minutes and texting, as well as unlimited WhatsApp messaging.

Emtage concluded, “Digicel will always keep the customer foremost in our plans and services. Whether thay are plans for our stores such as this beautiful location here or services such as our data and talk plans such as our Quick Pick Plans.”
