DLP to hear hotel workers' plight

The Democratic Labour Party (DLP) is answering the cry of laid-off hotel workers and those made redundant to have their plight heard.

Last night the DLP issued an invitation to all laid-off hotel workers to meet at their headquarters in George Street today, November 20 at 5pm.

Speaking to Loop News, a representative of the DLP said that this meeting is being held because, "One of the attorneys on the team received requests for an intervention from some constituents and during one of the media broadcasts a worker called on the DLP for assistance."

Loop was informed that the Party’s attorneys, as well as union stalwarts, will be present.
