Dominica open for business following election turmoil

With the General Elections now behind them, the Discover Dominica Authority is letting the world know that the island is open for business.

A release from the Authority said the normal cruise schedule will recommence from Monday, December 9, with the MV Marella Celebration docked at the Roseau Cruise Ship Berth on Monday. Cruise calls into Dominica through Sunday, December 8 were cancelled following protests across the country in the lead up to the elections.

Seaborne Airlines, which had cancelled two flights and rescheduled others, will now recommence their normal schedule as of Monday, December 9 that is departing San Juan at 3:15 pm and departing Dominica at 7:15 am.
