An elderly lady was found wandering around Eagle Hall around 7 pm.

She is now at the Black Rock Police Station and identified as Sybil Payne.

She is about 5-feet 2-inches tall, slim built, has a brown complexion and grey hair. She is wearing a black long track pants and a grey and black Barcelona jersey. She appears to be suffering from dementia.

Payne is wearing a tag that suggests she was at the Queen Elizabeth Hospital (QEH) very recently.
