England women take T20I series
Dendra Dottin's 63 was in vain as West Indies women crashed to a 20-run loss to England to conceded a 3-0 lead in the five-match series.
Shamilia Connell took 2/13, but England scored 154/6 in their 20 overs, due largely to Nat Sciver's brilliant 82 off 61 balls.
Dottin, the outstanding performer for West Indies women in an otherwise dismal tour, brought up her half-century off 48 balls to keep her team in the hunt for their first win.
However, when she fell with three overs to go, the West Indies could only limp to 134/5 in their allotment of overs.
After the match Windies skipper Stefanie Taylor was pleased with her team's improved batting performance but felt they are still conceding too many runs in the death overs.
"We did really well with our bowling but we're still giving up too many runs in the last three to four overs," said Taylor.
She added: "Our batting was excellent but not the result we wanted. At least we saw a lot more intent."
The 4th game of the series is on Monday in Derby.
