Filipino crew member dies aboard Harmony of the Seas off Barbados

A 29-year-old Philippines national was found dead on the balcony of her room onboard Royal Caribbean's Harmony of the Seas cruise ship.

Harmony of the Seas is currently docked in the Bridgetown Port. It arrived in Barbados on May 27, 2020. 

According to the report from the Royal Barbados Police Force, police are carrying out investigations into the circumstances which resulted in the death of Jocson.

On Tuesday (June 9) about 3.00 am the now-deceased woman was last seen going to her room. A muster call was made and it was discovered that she was not present. A check of her room was made by ship security and her body was discovered on the balcony of her room. 

A medical doctor pronounced her dead.
