It is standing room only in the main conference room of the Accra Beach Resort, as local residents of the Rockley, Blue Waters area have turned out in full force to a town hall meeting on the proposed Blue Horizon Re-Development project.

Raised voices, a slew of comments and numerous questions from audience members, some of whom appear livid, are keeping members of the head table on their toes.

The head table includes Chairman of Blue Tourism Inc. Bjorn Bjerkham, Devin Griffith (G & A Communications), Philip Tempro, Architectural Consultant Douglas Luke, Engineer Ralph Adams, Mark Hodkinson and moderator, Tony Olton.

Seated amongst the audience are Minister of Transport and Works, and Member of Parliament for the constituency - Christ Church West, Dr.  William Duguid; Information Minister, Senator Lucille Moe, Ambassador and Pan Africanist David Commissiong, Anthony 'Mighty Gabby,' Carter, Opposition Leader Joseph Atherley and the Member of Parliament for the neighbouring constituency - Christ Church South, Ralph Thorne.
