Things keep getting better for Adam 'King Bubba' Elias.

Just before the multi-talented Barbadian entertainer 'Mashup[ed]' the stage at the 50th Anniversary of Brass Fest in New York over the weekend, he was given an extra reason to have an epic performance. 

That's because he was awarded a Certificate of Achievement by the New York Senator Jesse Hamilton before his presentation, an honour Bubba was "humbled" by.

He took to Facebook to share his excitement:

“Sometimes the simplest things mean the most.” I am humbled and grateful, all I can say is wow ! I was awarded this certificate of achievement by New York senator Jesse Hamilton before my performance at the 50th anniversary of Brass Fest in New York City held by the West Indian American Day Carnival Association.
