Loop Game of the Week (BSSFL) - SJPP vs BCC

As the Barbados Secondary School Football League action continues, we bring you the Loop Game of the Week. Football correspondent Renaldo Gilkes will be sharing his pick on the big match-up for each week, as well as his predictions. We'll also hear from the players themselves ahead of the game.

After an impressive 2016 season where they won the League Two title and the Cup competition, the Samuel Jackman Prescod Polytechnic (SJPP) got off to an impressive start in the 2017 Barbados Secondary School Football League (BSSFL).

After blanking the Lester Vaughan School 5-0 last week, the League One new boys will face tertiary counterparts the Barbados Community College (BCC), who showed tremendous determination to overcome the Alexandra School 3-2 in their opening encounter.

Both teams feature a number of national youth players and are expected to be filled with quality, technical and tactical duels when these two teams meet Monday at the SJPP field.

Here's how Kemar Williams of BCC and Rickneco Marshall of SJPP feel about their chances:

Predicting a winner is a courageous task but I will stick my neck out and give the victory to the host; 2-1.

What is your prediction?
