Trend Media Chief Executive Officer, Aileen Corrigan, said: “The new app and website is in response to feedback from users on how to improve their experience and make the consumption of news on the go more convenient. A new video player will improve the video viewing experience while the new in-app experience includes an improved search feature, new video player, in-app commenting, voting and social sharing.”
Loop’s core commitment to its readers remains the consistent delivery of relevant, accurate local content and breaking news. This new offering will provide a more dynamic and visual news experience for our users across the Caribbean.

Corrigan added; “We are pleased to announce the second major upgrade of the Loop News platform since our launch in 2014. This marks a huge leap forward for both digital publishing and advertising in the Caribbean and we are very proud of the result of relentlessly improving our products and services over the past three years. We are fully committed to investing in and improving Loop News to make it the best-in-class experience for both our readers and advertisers and would like to thank all of our users for their continued support and feedback.”
