Loop News Created : 18 October 2017 Barbados News Here is a look at the conditions on our roads and any concerns ACCIDENTS There was one minor accident around the One Accord Plaza in the Warrens, St Michael area. TRAFFIC CONDITIONS Traffic is extremely heavy across the island. CONCERNS Sergeant Seibert Johnson of the Royal Barbados Police Force's Traffic Division is urging drivers to take their time on the road, as there is waterlog in many areas. He is especially warning them not to splash pedestrians, while advising persons walking the streets that they have recourse if they are splashed: "If you are splashed you have a right. "Record the time, the date, the registration number, colour and make of the vehicle if known and go to the nearest police station and report it." ADVICE It is windy and rainy, while roads are muddy and have a lot of debris. Motorists should therefore take their time when driving and be cautious. Be safe on our roads.
