Man and woman caught with drugs, awaiting pre-sentencing reports

Two have pleaded guilty after being caught with drugs at Barbados' airport.
Antoinette Cyrillene Thomas, 36 years of McClean Road, Silver Sands, Christ Church, and Roger Orlando Holder, 50 years of Kingsland Crescent, Christ Church, who were arrested and separately charged for a number of drug-related offences committed on Saturday, December 30, 2017, whilst at the Grantley Adams International Airport, appeared before Magistrate Laurie-Ann Smith-Bovell on Tuesday, January 2, 2018.
Thomas and Holder were separately charged for:
· Unlawful Possession of Cannabis
· Unlawful Possession of Cannabis with Intent to Supply
· Trafficking of Cannabis
· Importation of Cannabis
They both pleaded guilty to the offences and were granted bail to return to Court January 11, 2018, for sentencing, pending a pre-sentencing report.
Thomas was granted bail at the sum of $7,500.00, with one surety, whilst Holder was granted bail at the sum of $5,000.00, with one surety. As part of their bail conditions, Thomas and Holder were requested to surrender their passports.
