Man rushed to QEH by car after being shot in the face

A 50-year-old man from Goodland, St. Michael was transported to the Queen Elizabeth Hospital (QEH) late last night with gunshot injuries.

About 9:45 pm on Friday, November 9, 2018, police responded to reports of a shooting at Ward Land, Goodland St. Michael. Ian Taylor who resides in the same Goodland community was shot in the face. Loop News understands that his jaw is fractured.

At the time of the shooting Taylor was supposedly liming under a shed with others. Police reported that he was taken to the QEH by private transportation.

Two cars in the area also received gunshot damages.
