Traced: Whitney Mary Weir

Whitney Mary Rock, 16 years of Edgecumbe Tenantry, St. Phillip who was reported missing by her aunt Karen Weir on Tuesday, May 21, 2019, has been found and is safely back with her family.

The administration of the Royal Barbados Police Force has thanked the public and the media for their assistance in this matter.

Police are seeking the public’s help in locating a missing girl.

She is 16-year old Whitney Mary Rock of Edgecumbe Tenantry, St. Phillip who left the home of her aunt Karen Weir of the same address around 7:30 am, Tuesday, 21 May to attend the Ann Hill school on Pine Road, and has not returned.

Whitney is five foot, 10 inches tall, dark in complexion, is stoutly built and has a broad face.  Her cheeks are puffy, each of her ears is pierced once, she a broad nose, thick lips, small eyes, is full breasted and is “knocked knees”.

She is said to speaks with a squeaky voice.

At the time of her disappearance, she was wearing her Anne Hill School uniform and carrying a pink haversack.

Police have asked anyone with information regarding the whereabouts of Whitney Mary Rock to contact the District C Station at 416-8200, the Police Emergency Number, 211, Crime Stoppers at 1-800-TIPS (8477), or the nearest Police Station.
