NCF makes changes for major Crop Over events

Following discussions with the various stakeholders, the National Cultural Foundation (NCF) has made adjustments to the final weekend of the Barbados Crop Over Festival.

It has begun with the hosting of the Pic-O-De-Crop Final which will revert to being held on the traditional last Friday of the Festival.

Consequently, the Courtesy/Mount Gay Pic-O-De-Crop Final will take place on Friday, August 3 at Kensington Oval.

The BL&P/HOTT 95.3 Foreday Mornin’ Jam will begin at 1:00 a.m. and come to a close at 7:00 a.m. on Saturday, August 4.

This change will also impact favourably on Jet Blue Bridgetown Market with extended hours from 12:00 noon on Saturday, August 4 to 5:00 a.m. on Sunday, August 5; and will reopen again from 2:00 p.m. until midnight on Sunday. The festival will culminate at 8:00 p.m. on Monday, August 6, after the Republic Bank Grand Kadooment.

All tickets previously purchased for the Courtesy/Mount Gay Pic-O-De- Crop Final will remain valid.
