No relief for family after police search

Members of the Royal Barbados Police Force and the Barbados Defence Force searched for Daquan Dashon Anderson St. Hill yesterday.

A father is today yearning for news of his son, after a search party was unable to find any trace of the missing man.

Following an over four hour search for Daquan Dashon Anderson St. Hill yesterday, members of the Royal Barbados Police Force and the Barbados Defence Force were still unable to find him.

Police conducted the search for 20-year-old St. Hill, of Dash Valley, St. George, from 6:30 am to 10:45 am, with a compliment of 30 soldiers and 20 police officers. The officers included members of the Canine Unit, who conducted the search under the command of Inspector Winston Goddard and Inspector Elliott Bovell. 

St. Hill, was last seen by his father Anderson St. Hill, sometime around 7:30 pm, on Friday, February 9, in the area of “Bums Variety”, located at Dash Valley, St. George, and has not been seen since.  At the time he was wearing a pink short sleeves V-neck shirt, a blue faded 3/4 jeans pants, and a pair of brown leather slippers.

While police did not provide a photo of him, they gave the following description. He is 6 feet tall, slim built, dark complexion, and has a narrow shaped face. He has medium ears, thick eyebrows, brown small eyes, thick lips, a large nose, a flat high top hairstyle, and both of his ears are pierced once. He has a tattoo of a star on his right arm, and a small scar on his forehead.
