St Kitts and Nevis Patriots beat the Jamaica Tallawahs by two wickets in the Eliminator

St Kitts and Nevis Patriots' Ben Cutting smashed a six over deep mid-wicket off the penultimate delivery of the match to eliminate the Jamaica Tallawahs from the 2018 Hero Caribbean Premier League.

Defending 15 off the last over, Rovman Powell bowled three wides and gave up two sixes as the Patriots edged into the 2nd Qualifier on Friday against the Trinbago Knight Riders at the Brian Lara Cricket Academy in Tarouba.

The Tallawahs, powered by Glenn Phillips' magnificent 103 off 63 balls, totalled an imposing 191-5.

Anton Devcich scores an even 50 off 23 balls but the Patriots fell to 177-7 at the end of the 19th over before Cutting saved the day for the St Kitts and Nevis outfit.
