Acting Police Public Relations Officer, Sargeant Michael Blackman told the media that "sometime late Wednesday evening, following tip-off, police went to the area of Chapman Lane, St. Michael.

"As a result, a number of persons are now assisting police with investigations."

In response to queries of shooting in the same area on the same night, it was reported to Loop News that loud explosions could be heard in the distance. But at the scene of the police exercise, there was no exchange of fire or gunshots.

There could be no confirmation of whether or not the loud explosions were shots being fired either.
