Police release Oistins shooting culprit description

Police are looking for the man who reportedly shot a taxi driver in Oistins carpark.

He reportedly shot taxi driver Carol Coultress after robbing him of cash. Coultress was parked in the Granny's car park in Oistins, Christ Church waiting to collect the passengers he had set down there hours earlier.

Coultress was shot in his right hand by the culprit after the robbery.

Police have since released a description of the perpetrator in the hopes of making an arrest.

The police statement issued described the culprit as a man about six-feet tall and of slim build. He has a brown complexion. He has a low haircut and at the time was wearing black three-quarter pants, a black short-sleeved shirt and was armed with a small black gun. He spoke with a Barbadian accent.
