Post-mortem changes teen's fate

A charge of wounding with intent has now been updated to murder today.

Yesterday Isaiah Abraham Cody Wiggins, 17, of Scarborough, Christ Church appeared in the District "A  Magistrates' to hear the charge of wounding Kesmar Shaquille Codrington with intent to maim, disfigure or disable. However, after a post-mortem was completed sometime in the evening he returned on the capital offence. 

After a short appearance this morning, the court remanded Wiggins to HMP Dodds until March 22.

Arthur Holder, the defence attorney, continued his appearance on his client's behalf.
