UPDATE: Prison officer gets bail for drug offences

Wiltshire appeared before Magistrate Douglas Fredericks in the District ‘A’ Magistrates Court and was granted $3,000, with one surety to reappear in the District ‘C’ Court on October 19.
Members of the Drug Squad have arrested and charged a 54-year-old Prison Officer for a number of drug-related offences.
According to police, officers executed a search warrant Tuesday at the residence occupied by Robin Wesley Wiltshire, 54 years of Coach Hill, St John. During the search seven taped packages containing cannabis was discovered.
The estimated weight of the drugs was 262 grams, with a street value of BBD$1,314.00.
Wiltshire was arrested and later charged for possession, possession with intent to supply and trafficking of cannabis.
He is expected to appear in the District ‘C’ Magistrates Court today, September 27.
