Questions surround lifeless body pulled from East coast sea

The circumstances surrounding a body discovered at sea of the parish of St. Andrew have loved ones and the public at large confused somewhat.
Police are carrying out investigations into the circumstances which resulted in the death of Torrence Eastmond. The 63-year-old of Robert's Road, Haggatt Hall, St. Michael, was fully nude when his lifeless body was taken from the waters at East coast, St. Andrew.
The police report stated that 'about 9:42 am, today, Saturday, May 25, 2019, police responded to a report from an anonymous caller about a body floating at East coast. On arrival, the victim was discovered floating.'
Loop understands that the deceased could not swim. Eastmond was one of four children - three boys and one girl. He was a father of two and a grandfather.
Police are appealing to anyone who may have witnessed the events that led to the discovery or who may have information about the incident. The public is advised to call any police station, police hotline 211 or 1-800-TIPS for CrimeStoppers.
