Repatriated Bajan cruise worker tests positive for COVID-19

Out of 174 tests done yesterday (June 14), one 49-year-old Barbadian woman has tested positive for COVID-19.
This takes Barbados' tally of confirmed cases since March 16 to 97.
She repatriated from a cruise liner on which she worked. She arrived home on a charter flight last Saturday. She was swabbed at the newest Swabbing Centre on arrival at the Grantley Adams International Airport and immediately went into quarantine at the St Lucy District Hospital. Since the diagnosis, she has been transferred to the isolation facility at Harrison Point, St Lucy.
The number of people in isolation is now seven. No one will be released from isolation today (June 15). Recoveries remain at 83 and deaths at seven.
The Best-dos Santos Public Health Laboratory has now completed 6,732 tests.
