It's the end of the Liquidation Centre era.

As the doors of one of Barbados' staple hardware and home accessories department and warehouse stores closed on Saturday, many citizens made good on the closing down sales and discounts.

With messages spreading island-wide via WhatsApp and social media, it was no surprise to see people buying truckloads of supplies.
