Shooting death near primary school scares persons in Weston

There has been a shooting death in St James near a primary school.

Police Public Relations Officer Acting Inspector Rodney Inniss told Loop News that the police got the report around "8.22 am this morning."

Confirming it was in the vicinity of St Alban's Primary School in Crick Hill, Weston, St James, he said that the male victim reportedly "died at the scene". He is 38 years old.

He did not disclose any further details as investigations are ongoing.

On social media, persons are sharing photos of vehicles damaged by bullets. While others report that there is blood at the scene as well.
