A shared victory but a victory nevertheless. The St. Michael School (SMS) has taken home both the boys and the girls title in this year's Barbados Secondary School Athletic Championship (BSSAC).

The SMS Cougars were forced to share the girls title with the now three-time champions, Christ Church Foundation School (CCFS) as both teams finished on 326 points each.

The results came down to the wire as the meet concluded at the National Stadium today. The female cougars took the 4x400m Relay title with CCFS taking second place. In the boys 4x400m Relay, the results were similar with the SMS boys taking the win in a comfortable lead and CCFS taking second place.
