St George youth injured in Christmas Eve stabbing

A stabbing incident which occurred on Christmas Eve is being investigated by the Royal Barbados Police Force (RBPF). 

On Tuesday December 24, 24-year-old Jamario King was stabbed while in Roebuck Street, St Michael.

Police reports indicate the Drax Hall, St George youth was attacked by a group of men around 2.40 pm. He ran from the area and sought refuge at a business establishment on James Street and was later transported by private vehicle to a private medical facility. As a result of the attack, King received a laceration to his right arm. 

Investigations are ongoing.
