St Michael man shot after attack by trio

The Royal Barbados Police Force (RBPF) has reported another shooting incident.

On Tuesday, November 26 around 9.40 pm, a 23-year-old male was shot while in Beckwith Street, St Michael.

He has been identified as Akil Amar Jaunai, of the same address.

Police say Jaunai was involved in an altercation with three masked men, when he was shot in the right buttocks cheek and right thigh whilst in the area of the tamarind tree.

He was later transported to the Queen Elizabeth Hospital (QEH) by private vehicle.
