Stabbing incident leaves one at QEH, another with police

The Royal Barbados Police Force has been kept busy today, as they have had to respond to a number of incidents. 

Police are reporting that a 31-year-old man was injured after a stabbing incident in St Michael and is now receiving treatment at the Queen Elizabeth Hospital (QEH):

"About 10:00 am on Wednesday 5th December 2018, police responded to reports of a stabbing incident at 1st Ave, Deanes Village, St Michael. 

"On arrival police learnt that Tyrell Hinds, 31yrs, of 3rd Avenue Dean's Village, St Michael had received stab wounds about his neck and was transported to the QEH by ambulance."

He added that "a man is assisting police with investigations".

This report comes as a shooting incident at Nelson Street, St Michael this morning also left one man injured.
